Ro’s Electric Orchard

Made in the name of Roday – the 8th of March, otherwise known as my birthday, International Women’s Day, Irish Pyjamas Day & (best of all) Bryan Cranston‘s birthday (hell yes) – this stuff is just lovely. Sweet, sour and zingy, very good to make and drink on the eve of a big night.

Directions & Ingredients:

Half Fill a Tumbler with crushed ice, and add: 1 standard measure each of white rum (I’m at the bacardi again, as you can see), peach schnapps, apple schnapps & blue curaçao. Add a little extra curaçao for colour, then shake up the mix (or stir to your preference) and strain it into a fresh glass, allowing only a few small pieces of ice through. Serve immediately, and feel free to dilute to taste with sparkling water, lemonade or (if you’re trashy like me) pepsi max – though this does throw off the lovely blue colour!

Happy Belated Birthday! This looks like it should be served poolside in a nice tropical location!

Thankyou! Yes indeed, I wish haha 🙂 Irish summers don’t match up to the tropics too…the flavour and colour in this definitely makes me feel like I might be somewhere warm though!
